We're looking for
A Full-time employee for our 24/7 alarm center
Your duties will consist of:
- You will be responsible for establishing the initial contact by telephone with people in need and their relatives all over the world
- You will make sure they feel understood and well cared for.
- You will analyse the situation and work out a possible solution together with our team of doctors
- You will plan and coordinate necessary repatriations worldwide
- You will document each work step
- You will work hand in hand with our contractual partners all over the world (insurance companies, shipping companies, corporations)
You bring along:
- Adequate motivation and empathy to support people in an emergency on the phone
- A sense of responsibility
- The willingness to perform shift-work or on-call
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- An excellent command of Business English (spoken and written)
- Any other foreign languages, such as Spanish, French, Italian etc., are highly welcome
- Well acquainted with Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service is highly welcome
- Ideally, a medical education, e.g. in rescue service, in nursing, MFA etc.
